What I’m Loving This Week…
A little edit of the things I’m loving, wearing, visiting and enjoying right now.
01 - Arket Menswear Jumpers
If you’re buying your core staples for winter in October/November; you’re too late! Every year when i pull out this classic shape, oversized sweater, I’m asked where they are from. This years new shades are gorgeous. I’ve gone for the cool blue and lemon to add a pop of winter colour to greys, khakis and dark burgundy’s. I went for an XL for a more relaxed look.
02 - Statement Trainer that isn’t a Samba or Spezial!!
I am loving a slightly narrower, less bulky trainer for this coming change of season. My favourite are this bright yellow, Mexico 66 ONITSUKA trainer. Cool with oversized cargos, any shape jeans or a tailored trouser!
03 — SHOCKER, a Trench for Autumn/Winter, but hold up!
These two are absolute beauties! One from Massimo Dutti (who do effortless dressing perfectly) which is an oversized, relaxed fit and one for my petite girls in the most stunning shape and tone from REISS!
04 — ZARA!
All of you loved my casual picks from Zara on stories. Throw on tops that aren’t plain, but aren’t too significant that people realise you’re wearing the same outfits all the time. These few can be dressed with tracksuit bottoms for a chilled look, tailoring for workwear or a Saturday afternoon out with jeans or cargos.

05 — Lymphatic Drainage
In particular Laura at @bodybylaurastreet . The front of all body knowledge and a woman with hands of steel. There isn’t an ounce of fluid left in me after treatment but I always leave feeling AMAZING. With her focus being on well being rather than weight loss, her morals are aligned to where the client is a priority and not a pay check. We love Laura xx
06 —ANUA Skincare
As a woman who swore by pharmaceutical skincare, Korea has stolen my heart!!! At an absolute steal, this niacinamide serum and hyaluronic moisturiser are unbelievable!!!

07 —ITSU Chicken Soup Dumplings
